There may be slight differences in the actual amount shown on the credit card bill due to fluctuations in the Exchange Rate between the Canadian Dollar and the US Dollar charged by the credit card issuer.

Shipping

Most orders are shipped via Canada Post and US Postal Service, within 24 to 72 hours of receipt of the order, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery in Canada and USA is is normally 5 to 15 working days, with an odd item tacking longer.

When placing an order, please ensure the shipping/billing address is correct, as otherwise you may be billed for return shipping if undeliverable.

Returns

If you find it necessary to return any product you purchased from ShaverSpot.com, please contact us first either by by e-mail or by phone with all the details, including the order # .

We will gladly replace any incorrect item shipped in error on our part. All other returns, if accepted, are subject to a 25% restocking charge, or store credit only.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Returns of items with opened or damaged product packages will not be accepted.
